The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. We have elevated our skills with this designation and stay on top of updates that keep us knowledgeable on the issues and trends facing home buyers.

The e-PRO® certification program has given us advanced training in the latest technology that makes the home buying and selling process easier for you. By working with us you benefit from this designation as we promote best practices across all forms of technology, participate in ongoing education that allows us to stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques, and safeguard your private information.
We have completed Coldwell Banker's Smart Home Technology education course which has helped us sharpen our knowledge on the Smart Home and the products available, which in turn allows us to better inform our clients when making Smart Home decisions. In today's market many buyers seek out homes with Smart technology. To be considered a Smart Home and marketed as such a property must have reliable internet connection and affect at least three of the following: Lighting, Safety, Entertainment, Appliances, Heating/Cooling, Outdoors, Security, Temperature. (One of the categories must be security or temperature).
A sales associate completing the Coldwell Banker's Short Sale Resolution Specialist Designation (SSRS) is trained in developing a system for evaluating the Short Sale potential for a property, obtaining short sale approval, and completing the closing of the sale. We have this training and have helped many sellers through this trying process to a successful closing.
